Dungeons of Doria / LootERPS – November news

Was gibt es neues zu Dungeons of Doria? Vor allem gibt es neues Artwork in
Form von Map-Assets und den DreieichCon am 17. November.

 

·         Raumplatten-Design <https://www.erps.de/?p=485> 
Immer mehr Artwork tröpfelt ein, auch wenn es sich leider aktuell etwas
zieht. Dennoch werden nun schon die ersten Raumplatten re-designed und mit
neuem Artwork verziert. Bald sollten alle alten Grafiken zumindest von den
Raumplatten verschwunden sein, was eine Veröffentlichung und vor allem ein
Kickstarter-Projekt deutlich wahrscheinlicher macht – denn nur wenn schon
genug Artwork vorhanden ist, macht eine weitere Bewerbung auch Sinn

Das Kickstarter-Projekt wird sehr wahrscheinlich aufgeteilt in zwei Teile:

1.       Artwork und Print&Play Dungeon
Dieses Kickstarter-Projekt richtet sich primär an alle Rollenspieler, die
auch gerne mal einen modularen Dungeon inklusive Papier-Miniaturen zum
selber ausdrucken wollen oder eigenes Character-Artwork für ihren
RPG-Charakter haben wollen. Wenn alles gut läuft, finanziert sich davon ein
Grossteil des Artwork für Dungeons of Doria. Und wenn es sehr gut laufen
sollte, gäbe es schon eine Print&Play bzw. Tabletop-Simulator-Variante von
Dungeons of Doria für alle Teilnehmer.

2.       Dungeons of Doria: Board Game
Das zweite Kickstarter-Projekt wird etwas ambitionierter. Sobald ein
Grossteil des Artwork erledigt ist (egal ob mit oder ohne Kickstarter Nummer
1 – ohne dauert es halt nur etwas länger), wird Dungeons of Doria als
Brettspiel angegangen. Noch ist der zweite Kickstarter gefühlt sehr weit
weg, aber je nach Erfolg des ersten kann alles recht schnell gehen.

Am 17. Und 18. November ist der DreieichCon – eines der grössten
Rollenspiel-Events im Raum Frankfurt/Main. Auch Dungeons of Doria ist
anwesend am Samstag um 20 Uhr. Mehr Informationen findet ihr im verlinkten

What’s new with Dungeons of Doria? Mainly, there is new artwork in form of
map-assets and the local convention DreieichCon at November 17th.

More and more artwork is coming in, even if this is a slow process
currently. Nonetheless, a few room-tiles are already getting re-designed and
decorated with new artwork. Soon, all old graphics will be gone from the
current room-tiles, which hels with a possible publication and the upcoming
Kickstarter projects.
The Kickstarter-project most likely will be separated into two parts:

1.       Artwork and Print&Play Dungeon
The first Kickstarter-project is directed to Tabletop-RPG-players, who want
to have a modular Print&Play Dungeon including paper miniatures or who want
to own their own character artwork for an RPG character. If everything goes
well, we will have the main artwork for Dungeons of Doria – and if it goes
VERY well, there even might be a Print&Play and Tabletop-Simulator version
of Dungeons of Doria.

2.       Dungeons of Doria: Board Game
The second Kickstarter will be more ambitious. As soon as a large part of
the artwork is done (no matter if done with or without above Kickstarter –
without will just take longer), Dungeons of Doria as a Board Game will be
started. The second Kickstarter still seems far away, even though this can
change quickly if the first Kickstarter is successful.

On November 17th and 18th the local Convention DreieichCon (one of the
biggest around Frankfurt/Main) is happening. Dungeons of Doria is also being
played – check it out if you are near Frankfurt.
